Each oyster is a journey with a beginning and an end. The oyster fork is therefore a magic wand that takes us into that wonderland where Crassostrea gigas is coming from. We travel to the pristine fishing traditions in ancient Egypt, dive deep into the mussels element, just for finally floating over all.
